Born in the Rainforest
In 2011, Marie-Claire Ngo Minka returned to her village in South-West Cameroon after studying in Europe. She saw farmers earning pennies while middlemen grew rich — and forests disappearing.
She made a promise: “If we control the entire chain — from soil to ship — we can pay fair wages, protect the forest, and still compete globally.”
Africore Global Sarl was born that day. Today we employ over 400 local workers, plant 10 trees for every one harvested, and export to 18 countries.

A Message from Our Founder
“We don’t just export products. We export dignity, opportunity, and a future where the forest still stands tall for our children.”

– Zero Tolerance, Full Stop
Child labour, forced labour, mangrove destruction, or illegal mining = immediate termination of partnership. We conduct 4 unannounced audits per year with independent third parties. In 2024, we ended contracts with two suppliers for non-compliance — no exceptions, even if it cost us short-term profit.
– Community Ownership
12 % of annual profit is reinvested directly into local projects: two primary schools, three clean-water wells, and a women’s cocoa cooperative that now exports under its own brand. When Africore grows, the village grows with us.
Our Values Are Not Words on a Wall
– Transparency in Every Gram, Log, and Bean
Every product you buy comes with a digital passport. Scan the QR code on any invoice and trace your timber to the exact GPS plot, your gold to the riverbed, or your cocoa to the farmer’s cooperative. No black boxes. No middlemen. No excuses.
– Fairness That Changes Lives
Our workers earn 42 % above Cameroon’s regional average (verified by UTZ audits). Every permanent employee receives health insurance, paid maternity leave, and a savings scheme. In 2024 alone, we paid out €187,000 in annual bonuses directly to families.
– Regeneration, Not Just Sustainability
For every tree we harvest, we plant 10 new ones — that’s 1,240,000 trees since 2015. We run three native-species nurseries and have restored 620 hectares of degraded land. Satellite imagery confirms zero net deforestation across all our concessions.
