Africore Global Sarl (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Cameroon-registered exporter (RCCM: RC/DLA/2015/B/287) committed to ethical trade, data protection, and full compliance with international regulations.

This Privacy & Legal Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data in line with:

  • EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) – Regulation (EU) 2023/1115
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679
  • Cameroon Law No. 2010/012 on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime

We process zero personal data from EU citizens unless explicitly provided via our contact form or business contract. All EUDR data is geolocation and supply chain metadata only.

3. EUDR Compliance (EU Deforestation Regulation)

EUDR Due Diligence Statement

All timber, cocoa, and derived products shipped to the EU are 100% EUDR-compliant as of December 30, 2024 — one year ahead of the legal deadline.

  • Geo-referenced harvest plots (1m accuracy via GNSS)
  • Zero deforestation since 2015 (verified by Global Forest Watch)
  • Due diligence statements uploaded to EU TRACES portal
  • QR codes on every invoice → full traceability

4. GDPR Compliance

We act as a data processor only when you submit a contact form or enter a contract. We do not profile, track, or sell personal data.

Data We Collect (Only When You Provide It)

  • Name, email, phone, company (via contact form)
  • IP address and timestamp (server logs)
  • Contractual data (for B2B trade)

Purpose of Processing

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Fulfill export contracts
  • Comply with EUDR reporting

Legal Basis

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Contract performance
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest (business communication)

Data Retention

Contact form data: deleted after 12 months if no contract.
Contract data: retained 7 years (Cameroon tax law).

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
